Overall, the Coway Airmega ProX is excellent at removing dust, smoke, and pollen. At the highest speed, which is important for quickly cleaning the air in the room, its air-cleaning performance is excellent, but the unit is somewhat loud. While running at a low speed, which matters if you’ll run the unit in your bedroom at night, its air-cleaning performance is excellent, and the unit is quiet. In our testing, we also consider how easy it is to operate the controls, carry it, and clean or replace its filter(s), and this model does a solid job. Additionally, its annual usage cost is estimated at $260 (approximately $60 in electricity and $200 in replacement filters), which is relatively high.About Consumer Reports
